How to generate an API key for my SpinetiX ARYA account

SpinetiX ARYA provides users the ability to generate and make use of a unique API key for each Enterprise account they administer.

Note: An API (Application Programming Interface) key is a unique security code used for authentication that serves to provide access to a specified third-party application.

 

How to generate a SpinetiX ARYA account API key

To generate an API key for your SpinetiX ARYA account, please follow the steps below:

  • Log in to your SpinetiX ARYA account and click on the cogwheel button next to Account on the top left of your screen.

  • Click on “API”.

  • Click on “GENERATE NEW API KEY”.

  • A pop window with a warning will appear everytime you generate a new key, click OK to continue.

  • A new API key will be generated. You can now copy the key and use it as required.

    Note: If an API key had been previously generated for your account, clicking on the “GENERATE NEW API KEY” will render the previous API key invalid. This means that any existing connection to the API will need to be reconfigured to use the new API key.
