This article answers common questions about subscription management in SpinetiX HUB, including ARYA subscriptions, Feature Sets subscriptions, generated PDF requests and Annual Feature Sets.

 

What happens to my ARYA WIDGETS, KIOSK, or SYSTEMS plan in SpinetiX HUB?

If you previously had an ARYA Enterprise WIDGETS, KIOSK, or SYSTEMS plan, it is now represented in SpinetiX HUB as two subscriptions: one ARYA Enterprise subscription and one Feature Sets subscription.

For example, if you had an ARYA Enterprise SYSTEMS plan with capacity for 10 players, you will now see an ARYA Enterprise subscription with capacity for 10 players and a Feature Sets subscription with SYSTEMS capacity for 10 players in the Subscriptions overview.

 

Can Feature Sets be moved between my players?

Yes. If you have a Feature Sets subscription, you can assign, remove, and reassign Annual Feature Sets between players during the subscription period, as long as the subscription is active and you have available capacity.

What happens after I generate my subscription request in SpinetiX HUB?

Generating a subscription request in SpinetiX HUB does not automatically submit, process, or fulfill the request. It creates a PDF document that summarizes your request. You must download this PDF and send it to your reseller for processing.

What happens to existing permanent Feature Set licenses?

Existing permanent Feature Set licenses are not affected. They continue to be managed through the ACTIVATE platform and remain tied to the traditional licensing process.

Annual Feature Sets, on the other hand, are managed in ASSETS through a Feature Sets subscription. They can be assigned, removed, and moved between players as long as there is available subscription capacity and the subscription is active.

 

Who can manage subscription renewals, upgrades, and add-capacity requests?

Any user with access to the Subscriptions section in ASSETS can manage subscription renewals, upgrades, and add-capacity requests.

This can include end customers, resellers, or distributors, provided they have been added to the relevant account and have the required permissions. To access the Subscriptions section, the user must be a Global Admin or have the Subscription Manager permission.

 

Tip: For subscription requests, always download the generated PDF and share it with your reseller. The request is not automatically submitted or processed by the system.
