Where can I see generated subscription requests in my account

The Generated Requests section in Assets provides a complete history of all subscription requests that have been created within your account. This allows authorized users to review, download, and track previously generated requests at any time.

Viewing Generated Requests

To access your request history:

1. Navigate to the Generated Requests section within Assets.
   
    
2. Review the list of generated requests displayed in the table.
    

The table contains all requests created within your account and is organized by creation date.

For each request, the following information is displayed:

• Created on – date and time when the request was generated
• Request Type – the type of request that was generated (Upgrade, Renewal, Add Capacity)
• Subscription – the subscription(s) associated with the request
• Actions – actions like view, delete or download pdf are available from this column.

To view additional information, click View button next to the desired request.

Viewing Request Details

The detailed view includes:

• The state of the subscription at the time the request was generated
• Any requested changes included in the request
• A list of products and SKUs contained in the generated PDF

The right-hand panel also provides additional information about the request:

• Created By – the user who generated the request
• Created On – the date and time the request was created
• Download PDF – a button to download the generated request document. You can download the PDF as many times as needed.
