Subscription Management Tool in ASSETS
A dedicated space
We have introduced a new Subscriptions section in ASSETS, giving you and your reseller a single place to view and manage all subscriptions in your account.
Access to this section is available only to users with the Global Admin role or the Subscription Manager permission.
What you can manage
You can now access both ARYA and Feature Sets subscriptions (which includes all three feature sets), with the flexibility to have one or both active.
Clear overview
Quickly see each subscription’s status, expiration date, and capacity. For ARYA, user count and cloud storage are also included for full visibility.
Guided actions
Depending on your setup, you will be guided through relevant actions such as upgrade, add capacity, or renewal, using simple step-by-step wizards.
Faster, clearer requests
The system only allows valid requests and generates a PDF summary at the end, ensuring your reseller has everything needed to prepare an accurate quote—no back-and-forth required.
Improved Feature Set assignment
We are also introducing a smoother way to manage annual Feature Sets. If you have a Feature Sets subscription, you can freely move feature sets between players without constraints. With just a few clicks, you can add or remove Feature Sets from any online player in seconds.

Translation Fixes
Resolved an issue where some error messages were not translated.
SSO Login Reliability Improvements
Resolved an issue affecting SSO users in Swiss and US data residency environments who signed in by entering their email address. In some cases, an "unknown user" error was displayed despite the account being valid. Sign-in via direct SSO links was not affected.
ARYA
Automatic DSOS Version Updates
Players running DSOS versions earlier than 4.9.7 are now automatically updated to DSOS 4.9.7 when they are added to an account or when their configuration is updated.
Improved Schedule Loading Performance
Optimized the loading of schedule targets, improving performance for accounts with a large number of players.
