Follow the steps below to add a player to your Assets in the HUB.

 

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Open the Assets product
    In the HUB, navigate to the Assets product.


     

  2. Go to the Players section
    Select the Players tab from the navigation menu.
     

     

  3. Click “+ Add Player”
    Click on the + Add Player button to begin the setup process.


     

  4. Enter the player serial number
    A 2-step dialog will appear. In the first step, enter the player’s serial number.

    Important: Make sure the player is already connected to the Internet so it can display the PIN on the screen it is connected to.

  5. Enter the player PIN
    Once enter the serial number and click "Next - Player PIN", a PIN code appears on the screen that the player is connected to. Enter the PIN displayed and click "Add Player".

    The player is now successfully added to your account and will appear in the Players table within the Assets product.
     

     

Note: If you wish to use this player in ARYA, you will not need to enter the PIN again. In the ARYA add-player dialog, simply type the player’s serial number and you will be redirected to the player setup immediately — no PIN required.

 

Important: First-time setup notice

If this is the first time you are adding this player to your account, the system will automatically generate login credentials for accessing the Player Control Center.

Message shown: “Login credentials for accessing the Player Control Center have been created. Please copy them now, as this information will not be stored after you close this dialog.”

These credentials include a username and password.

  • Copy these credentials before closing, as they will not be shown again.
  • You will need them to access and manage player settings in the Control Center.
  • Once logged into the Control Center, you can change the password at any time if needed.
