Redesigned Schedule Overview Page

Following our August release, which introduced redesigned Media pages, we have now given the Schedule Overview page a similar makeover.

The new design offers more flexible ways to view and navigate your schedules, making it easier to find the information you need at a glance.

What’s new?

  • Two viewing options: Tiles and List. You can now switch between a visual tile layout and a more structured list view. The list view presents your schedules in an easy-to-scan table, with all the key information listed.
  • More flexible date selection. We have redesigned the calendar date selector, moving it from the side of the UI into a convenient dropdown menu. This change provides a more streamlined way to navigate dates and lays the foundation for future enhancements. In the next phase, we aim to extend date selection beyond the current two-month view, allowing you to navigate dates further into the future. This will make it easier to review schedules created in advance and verify that they appear as expected in the schedule calendar.

  • A clearer view of scheduled times. We have also removed the need for horizontal scrolling in the timeline. Scheduled times are now displayed directly as labels, giving you a clearer overview without having to scroll back and forth. Simply hover over a specific player to see its full schedule at a glance.

Overall, the new Schedule Overview page gives you greater flexibility, better visibility, and a more convenient way to manage and review your schedules.

New design, your choice

You can switch between the new and previous design at any time. For now, the previous design remains the default, so you can explore the new experience when you are ready.

ASSETS

Bulk Player Operations

Managing multiple players is now easier than ever! You can now select multiple players at once and perform bulk operations on them.

Previously, player management was limited to handling one player at a time. With this new functionality, you can select several players and apply actions to all of them at once, saving time and making player management more efficient.

Currently, the available bulk actions are:

  • Delete players: Delete all selected players at once.
  • Assign Feature Set Subscription: Assign a Feature Set Subscription to all selected players.

And this is just the beginning! We will gradually introduce more options for bulk actions, giving you even more flexibility and making it easier to manage multiple players at once.

Interface Improvements

ARYA

DSOS version update

Updated the minimum DSOS version supported by ARYA. Players running a DSOS version older than 5.0.1 will now be automatically updated to the latest DSOS version when added or reconfigured.

Naming LED resolutions

Previously, users could only specify a name when creating a video wall. They can now also enter a name when creating an LED resolution.

New Player Details Step in the Add Player Wizard

A new third step, Player Details, has been added to the Add Player wizard in ASSETS.

In this step, you can assign a name to your player (in the cloud) and, if you have a Feature Set subscription, assign it to the player during the setup process.

This allows you to configure these details right away, without having to navigate back and update them after adding the player.

Unsupported Browser Notification

HUB, Assets and Integrations now display a notification informing users that Firefox and Safari are not supported browsers. This was already the case for ARYA and Activate.

The notification helps users understand when they are accessing the platform with an unsupported browser and may experience issues as a result.
