How to add and remove users in ARYA

SpinetiX ARYA Premium and Enterprise versions allow multi-user access. This article explains how to add users to your account and remove their access to SpinetiX ARYA.

To add a new user:

1. Log in to SpinetiX ARYA and click the Settings button at the top left.
   

    

2. Go to USER MANAGEMENT.
   

    

3. From the User-Admin screen, click INVITE USER on the right.
   

    

4. In the pop-up window, enter the user's details and click SEND INVITATION.
   

   The user receives an email. The next steps depend on whether they already have a SpinetiX HUB login. See What happens next? below.

    

5. By default, a new user has no permissions. Assign permissions appropriate to their role.

What happens next?

• If the user is new to SpinetiX HUB: They receive an activation email with instructions for their first sign-in. For password-based sign-in, they use the temporary password provided in the email and follow the instructions to set their own password. They can then access your account with the ARYA permissions you assigned.

• If the user already has a SpinetiX HUB login: They keep using their existing login and receive an email notification. Your account appears in their account switcher; they don't need to create a new login.

Removing users' access to SpinetiX ARYA:

To remove a user's ARYA access, click the button next to their name, then review and confirm the change in the dialog.
