SpinetiX HUBWant to collaborate with your team inside SpinetiX HUB? You can invite users to your account and give them access to the products they need.
Note: Only users with Global Admin rights can manage users and send invitations.
Where to invite users
Go to User Management
From the home screen of SpinetiX HUB, go to Settings > User Management.
- Click “+ Add New User”
From the top right corner of the User Management screen, click + Add New User.
Fill out the invitation form
In the popup dialog, provide:- First name and Last name
- Email address
- Select which products the new user should have access to
- Optional: Check the box to give the user Global Admin role
Note: A Global Admin user is automatically also anARYAadmin ifARYAis enabled for him.Note: You can only assign products that are already enabled in your account.- Send the invite
Click Send Invite to issue the invitation.
- Confirm new user appears in the Users table
The invited user appears immediately in your Users table.
Note: Invited users show up in the Users table right away, even before they accept. First-time users will complete their initial sign-in by setting a password from the email invite.
WARNING: Invitation links are valid for 60 days. If the user doesn’t complete sign-up within that time, the link expires and you’ll need to resend the invitation.
What happens next?
- If the user is new to HUB: They receive an email invitation to set up their login. After completing sign-up, they automatically gain access to your account.
- If the user already has a HUB account: They don’t create a new login. The invited account appears in their account switcher, and they also receive an email notification.
In short…
- Only Global Admins can invite users.
- Find User Management under HUB Settings.
- Assign access to available products; optionally grant Global Admin.
- Invited users appear in the Users table immediately.
- Invitation links expire in 60 days if not acted upon.
