New Releases
Redesigned Media Pages ARYA
We have redesigned the Files, LED, Video Wall, and Alerts pages to make it easier to find, manage, and reuse your media.
The new experience gives you more control over how you browse your content, with improved filtering, sorting, and viewing options.
What’s new?
- Paginated browsing — Instead of continuously scrolling through an ever-growing list, content is now organized into pages, making it easier to navigate large media libraries.
- More powerful filters — Quickly narrow down your content by:
- Media type — Show all media or focus on a specific type, such as images or videos.
- Content status — See which content is currently scheduled and which content is not being used. This makes it easier to identify unused media that could be reused, updated, or removed.
- Modification date — Find content based on when it was last modified. For example, when preparing for the Christmas season, you can quickly find media from the previous year instead of manually searching through your entire library.
- Flexible sorting — Sort by Name (A–Z / Z–A) or Last modified (oldest first / newest first).
Tile or list view — You can now choose how you want to browse your content:
- Tile view provides a visual overview, making it easy to recognize content at a glance.
- List view presents your media in a scannable table, allowing you to see more information at once without having to open each item individually. This is particularly useful when comparing or reviewing larger amounts of content.
New design, your choice
You can switch between the new and previous design at any time. For now, the previous design remains the default, so you can explore the new experience when you are ready.
Interface Improvements
SpinetiX HUB
Seamless login across products
The shared login experience has been extended to ARYA and Activate. This means you can now move seamlessly between HUB, ARYA, Activate, Assets, and Integrations using the product switcher without having to log in again.
Simply log in once and switch between products whenever you need to — making it easier and faster to move between the different parts of the platform.
Improved performance over slow connections
Transfer compression is now enabled across all APIs, improving UI responsiveness when using the platform over slow or high-latency network connections.
German translations
Improved German translations across the platform for a clearer and more consistent user experience.
Create accounts directly from HUB
Users can now create new accounts linked to their user directly from the HUB site. You can create either a standard SpinetiX HUB account or an account with an ARYA Demo plan enabled.
The ARYA Demo plan expiration can be extended once by a Global Admin or a user with the Subscription Manager role.
ARYA
Improved performance and search
To improve performance and make searching more efficient, the full content list is now loaded from the backend in one go and cached in the browser. This is particularly beneficial for accounts with large content libraries.
Notable Changes & Bug Fixes
ARYA
Weather template
Fixed an issue where a location or city could not be selected for certain regions, including the Philippines and Japan.
Template design access
Fixed an issue where Global Admins could not access apps while designing a template if they had previously been assigned ARYA Limited or Create Lock user restrictions. This fix was already released as part of a hotfix following the previous release.
Template previews
Fixed an issue where previews could fail to load in accounts with very large media libraries, resulting in “throttling exception” messages.
Media picker
Fixed an issue where not all available images were displayed in the media picker on high-resolution screens when more than 30 images were available.
Elementi projects
Fixed an issue where players using a feature set from a subscription were incorrectly marked as not supporting Elementi projects. As a result, Elementi content could not be scheduled to these players or was excluded when scheduling content to a tag. This fix was already released as part of a hotfix following the previous release.
Discovery to Premium upgrade
Fixed an issue where a “billing address or credit card info should be set” message could prevent users from upgrading from Discovery to Premium.
Firmware update status
Fixed an issue where, in rare cases, players remained in “Firmware update” status even after the firmware update had completed successfully, following their addition to ARYA or a configuration update.
INTEGRATIONS
Elementi connection data
Fixed an issue where ARYA Admins without access to Integrations could not access connection data from Elementi. This fix was already released as part of a hotfix following the previous release.
