New Admin Controls for Product Access
With the launch of SpinetiX HUB, we are introducing new account-wide settings. These settings are managed exclusively by Global Admins — users with full rights to manage the account. Global Admins now have powerful tools to manage product access at both the account and user levels:
Account-wide Product Control
Enable or disable access to ARYA, Activate, Assets, or Integrations for your entire account.User-specific Product Access
Assign or un-assign access to individual products for specific users.Default Access for New Accounts
New accounts now start with access only to the product selected during signup. Global Admins can enable additional products at any time.
SpinetiX HUB marks the beginning of a more integrated, flexible, and scalable cloud experience. More enhancements are on the way — stay tuned!
Assets Product
ASSETS, as the name suggests, is a new product designed to become the central place for managing all account-related assets.
Current Functionality: The initial release includes a Simple Players Overview, providing an overview of registered players.
What’s Next: This is just the beginning — we will be gradually adding more sections and capabilities in upcoming releases.
Integrations Product
INTEGRATIONS, also true to its name, is a new product that helps you manage all the tools and services connected to your account — all in one place.

See which third-party service providers are supported and available for connection, including Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace.View and Manage Your Connections
The Connections Table shows all active connections to your account, giving you full visibility and control.Easily Create and Manage Google Workspace Connections
You can now connect the same Google account across multiple HUB accounts or reconnect previously removed accounts. This also works for connections created from Elementi.Choose Which Microsoft Account to Use
When connecting to Microsoft Office 365, Power BI, or Viva Engage, you can select the specific Microsoft account you would like to use — even if you are already signed in. This also works for connections created from Elementi.Seamlessly Connect in Admin-Approved Environments
In organizations with admin-required OAuth approvals, connections can now be created smoothly once approval is granted. This also works for connections created from Elementi.
What’s Coming: We will keep adding new features and sections to make it easier to manage and set up integrations in the future.
New Data Storage Regions
We are giving you more control over where your data is stored!
Until now, all data was stored in the European Union by default. With this update, you can now choose your preferred data storage region when creating a new account:
🇪🇺 European Union
🇺🇸 United States
🇨🇭 Switzerland
Whether it’s for compliance, performance, or meeting data residency requirements — you now have the flexibility to store your data where it makes the most sense for your organization.
Note: all previously created accounts have EU as their data storage region.

Sign-Out Notification
If your session ends (for example, after being inactive for a while), you will now see a clear message letting you know that you have been signed out and need to log in again.
Player Reporting Pagination
We have reworked the pagination on the Player Reporting page to ensure it works better even for accounts with a very large number of players.

Spinner During Login
A loading spinner is now shown when the login process takes longer than usual, helping users understand that the system is working and preventing confusion.
Fuzzy Search in Account Switcher
The account switcher now uses fuzzy search, meaning you can find accounts even with partial names or slight typos.

ARYA
Image Replacement on High-Resolution Players
Previously, when re-uploading a high-resolution image (e.g., 4K) with a lower resolution version (e.g., 1080p), the image wouldn’t update correctly on players that support high-resolution output (like the HMP400).
This issue has now been resolved - the new image will properly replace the old one across all players, regardless of resolution support.
File Replacement Now Validates Media Type
Replacing an existing uploaded file with a different media type (e.g., replacing an image with a video) is no longer allowed. The system now correctly checks for matching media types during file replacement, ensuring consistency and preventing unsupported scenarios.
Copy & Paste of Custom Templates
Copying and pasting custom templates from the FILES page to the STYLES page was not working. This issue has now been fixed.
Player Snapshots Blocking During Elementi Project Updates
Resolved an issue where player snapshots were being blocked when updating an existing Elementi project scheduled on a player via a .7z archive upload in ARYA or using Elementi’s Send-to-Cloud feature.
Localization Data for IPv6 Internet Connections
Resolved an issue where players connecting to the Internet via IPv6 were not receiving automatic localization data.

Data Residency Region Selection at Signup
Users can now select the data residency region for their account during signup.
Account Switcher Sync Delay
Resolved an issue where switching accounts in another browser session could cause the account switcher to incorrectly display the new account as the active one, even though the session continued using the previous account for up to 60 minutes. The account switcher now reliably reflects the account actually in use by the session. Please note that changes made in other sessions or through Activate may still take up to 60 minutes to fully propagate across all active sessions.
