User Search Added to ARYA

You can now search for users directly in the ARYA User Management page. Previously, search was only available in HUB. This update brings the same functionality to ARYA for a more consistent experience.

Clear Messages for Empty Schedule

The Schedule page now shows a clear message when a search returns no results, or when no schedules have been created yet, instead of displaying an empty list.

Improved Error Messages

When a backend error occurs, a dialog now shows a clearer explanation along with a request ID. This makes it easier for support to investigate issues.

Notable Changes & Bug Fixes

Related to ARYA

Improved File Replacement on Upload

We have fixed an issue where uploading a file could create a duplicate instead of replacing the existing one, or fail to prompt for replacement. File uploads now correctly prompt for and perform replacements as expected.

Fix for Scheduled Publishing to Multiple Tags

We have fixed an issue where content could fail to publish correctly when scheduled to multiple tags in the Publish To menu with a schedule (non-24/7). Scheduled publishing to multiple tags now works as expected.

Fix for Weather App Location Search

We fixed an issue where the location list in the Weather app would close while typing. It now stays open as expected.

Improved ARYA Performance

We have improved ARYA responsiveness by further optimizing backend APIs, resulting in faster and more efficient performance.

Alignment of Permissions and Product Access for Elementi Operations

We have made several changes to align permissions and product access across ARYA and Integrations, ensuring consistent behavior for Elementi related operations.

Related to ARYA
  • Fix for Global Admin Access
We fixed an issue where users with the Global Admin role (which includes implicit ARYA Admin rights) were incorrectly denied access to certain operations, such as sending projects from Elementi. These permissions are now correctly applied.

  • Fix for “Send to Cloud” Account List in Elementi
We have fixed an issue where Elementi showed accounts in the “Send to Cloud” list even when users did not have write access. Selecting these accounts previously resulted in a permission denied error. These accounts are now properly excluded.

      Related to INTEGRATIONS

  • Updated Permissions Model for Connections  in Integrations
Managing connections in Elementi now requires access to Integrations. To create or use connections in projects, Integrations must be enabled for the account and its users.

Users with content editing rights in ARYA (create or modify) but without Integrations access can still use existing connections in their content, but cannot manage them.

To ensure a smooth transition, all accounts that had at least one connection at the time of this release. have Integrations automatically enabled. In these accounts, users with ARYA Admin, create, or modify rights have also been granted access to Integrations.

Related to ACTIVATE

Fix for Activate Access with Suspended ARYA Plan

We have removed the previous restriction that blocked access to Activate when the ARYA plan of an account was suspended. This change fixes an issue where users with the Distributor role were incorrectly shown an account suspension error and prevented from accessing Activate. Users can now access Activate as expected, even if ARYA is suspended.
