SpinetiX HUBExpanded Access to Support Chat in HUB Products
Support Chat is now available in all products on the HUB, including Assets and Integrations. Previously, it was only available in ARYA and Activate.
You can now access support no matter which product you are using.
Bulk User Enablement During Account-Level Product Activation
Global admins can now enable a product for multiple users directly from the Account Overview. When a product is enabled at the account level, a pop-up allows selecting multiple users at once.
Previously, global admins had to navigate to User Management and enable the new product for each user individually. This update streamlines the process and saves time.
Other Improvements & Bug Fixes
ARYAImproved Font Upload and Handling
Font uploads have been improved to better recognize font properties such as style, slant, width, and weight.
You can now upload WOFF2 fonts, and basic support has been added for variable fonts (including bold, italic, and bold italic).
Condensed and expanded fonts now receive their own family names, making them easier to select and ensuring more predictable results.
Fixed Player Display in Account UI
We have fixed an issue where player names didn’t always display correctly in your account. In some cases, you may have seen serial numbers instead of names, or some players may have been missing from the list.
Player names now show correctly, and all players linked to your account will consistently appear as expected.
Fixed Alert Duration Reset Issue
Previously, clearing the duration of an alert would reset it to 10 seconds instead of the expected 1 minute.
The issue has been resolved — clearing the alert duration now correctly resets it to 1 minute.
Fixed Display of Offline Players in Schedule
Previously, offline players were not visually distinguished on the Schedule page.
Now, offline players are correctly greyed out, making it easier to see which players are offline
Fixed Overlay and Page Selection Crash
Previously, using the overlay or selecting pages could crash the UI, requiring a page reload to recover. This
The issue has been resolved — overlays and page selection now function without causing crashes.
Global Improvements & Bug Fixes
Pop-Up Added When Support Chat Is Unavailable
When Support Chat is unavailable due to privacy protection settings, a pop-up now appears with clear instructions and an option to enable chat access.
