How to delete Player(s) from your SpinetiX HUB account

Related to  HUB  ARYA  ASSETS

There are two places where you can delete players from your account: through the ARYA product or the ASSETS product.

The main difference is that ARYA only displays players registered in ARYA, whereas ASSETS allows you to delete both players registered in ARYA and those which are not registered in ARYA.

Option 1: Delete a Player from ARYA

Follow these steps to delete a player through ARYA:

1. Open ARYA and log in to your account.

    

2. Navigate to Players. In the left-side menu, click Players and then click Setup.

   

    

3. You will see the list of all players registered in SpinetiX ARYA.

   

    

4. Select the player. Click on the player you want to delete.

   

    

5. Click the cross icon. In the top-right corner, click the X (cross) icon to initiate the deletion.

   

    

6. Confirm the deletion. A confirmation pop-up will appear. Click to confirm that you want to delete the player. 

   

   Important: Make sure you have selected the correct player before confirming the deletion.

    

• Once you confirm the action, the selected player will be successfully deleted from your account.

Option 2: Delete a Player through ASSETS

Follow these steps to delete a player through ASSETS:

1. Open ASSETS and log in to your account.

    

2. Navigate to Players. In the left-side menu, click Players.

   

    

3. Select the player. You will see the list of all players registered in your SpinetiX HUB account. Choose a player you want to delete.

   

    

4. Click on the 3 dot action menu. From the drop down menu, select "Delete Player"

   

    

5. Confirm the deletion. A confirmation pop-up will appear. Click to confirm that you want to delete the player. 

   

   Important: Make sure you have selected the correct player before confirming the deletion.
