When you sign up for SpinetiX HUB, you must choose where your data is stored. This helps you meet your organization’s data policies, comply with regional regulations, and improve performance based on your location.

Why it matters

  • Data compliance: Some industries or regions require data to be stored in specific countries or areas.

For example: If your business is based in the U.S., storing your data in the U.S. can help you stay aligned with local regulations.
  • Performance: Selecting a region closer to you or your users can result in faster access to your content.

For example: If your screens and users are in Europe, selecting a European region can help content load more quickly.
  • Control: You decide where your data lives, right from the start.

How to choose a region

  1. Go to sign-up
Start from the SpinetiX HUB sign-up page, or from one of the products (e.g., Assets, ARYA).

  2. Select your data storage region
When prompted, choose your preferred region from the available options (e.g., European Union, Switzerland, etc.).

Note: The same region selection is offered if you are opening an account via any of the products on the HUB, including ARYA.

  3. Complete your sign-up
Your account and all associated data will be hosted in the selected region.

Warning: Once your data storage region is selected and your account is created, the storage location is fixed and cannot be changed without formal support intervention. Choose the region that best aligns with your long-term operational and compliance needs.

Available regions

We currently offer multiple regions to choose from. Availability may grow over time as we expand. You will see the latest list of regions available during sign-up.
