How to Create a SpinetiX HUB Account

SpinetiX HUB  is your cloud-based platform where you can access your SpinetiX products. It provides a single place to manage users, players, and subscriptions.

There are different ways to create a HUB account, depending on whether you are creating one for yourself or, as a SpinetiX partner, for a customer. The appropriate route depends on whether you or your customer want to evaluate ARYA, demonstrate it to a prospect, or deliver a sold project. 

Create an Account for Yourself

If you are opening a SpinetiX account for yourself or your organization, you can either sign up directly for HUB or request a SpinetiX ARYA Enterprise Trial if you want to try SpinetiX ARYA Enterprise on your own.

Option 1: Sign up directly on HUB

Create your account directly from:

• HUB's Sign-Up page 

Once you complete the sign-up process, your HUB account will be created and you will automatically become the Global Admin of the account. This allows you to enable additional products for the account and invite other users.

Option 2: Request a SpinetiX ARYA Enterprise Trial

You can request a SpinetiX ARYA Trial by submitting the trial request form on the SpinetiX website.

This automatically creates:

• a new HUB account
• ARYA enabled 
• a 90-day SpinetiX ARYA Enterprise Demo activated

Create an Account for a Customer (SpinetiX Partners)

If you are a SpinetiX reseller or distributor and already have a HUB account, you can create a new account on behalf of a customer directly from your existing account. From the HUB homepage, go to the For SpinetiX Partners section. Under "Need to create a new account?", select the appropriate option:

The option you choose depends on what the account will be used for:

 

• "SpinetiX HUB" – choose this option when you need a standard HUB account, for example for an installation using Elementi or for managing players without the need to try ARYA Enterprise. This option creates a HUB account with ASSETS automatically enabled. Additional products can be enabled afterwards from the account settings. If you enable ARYA, the SpinetiX ARYA Discovery version is enabled.
   
• "ARYA DEMO" – choose this option when the purpose of the account is to try SpinetiX ARYA Enterprise. This option creates a HUB account with ASSETS and a 90-day SpinetiX ARYA Enterprise Demo automatically enabled.

Complete the account creation

Whether you select SpinetiX HUB or ARYA DEMO, the account creation process that follows is the same.

Complete the account creation form with the required information and create the new account.

Once the account has been created, you are automatically redirected to the Settings page of the newly created HUB account.

The new account is linked to your user, giving you access to it immediately. As a Global Admin, you can then configure the account, enable additional products where appropriate, and invite other users if needed.
