Related to SpinetiX HUB
 

SpinetiX HUB offers a variety of cloud-based products — such as SpinetiX ARYAActivateASSETS,  and Integrations. These products can be enabled or disabled based on your organization’s needs, directly from your SpinetiX HUB account.

Note: Only users with the Global Admin role can enable or manage products for the account.

 

Steps to access Product Management

 

  1. Go to Account Overview
    From the homescreen of SpinetiX HUB, click Settings > Account Overview.


     

  2. Navigate to SpinetiX HUB Products overview
    Inside Account Settings, scroll down to the SpinetiX HUB Products Activated in your Account section.
    Here you will find the list of all available SpinetiX products. The toggle state indicates whether the product is enabled or disabled for the account. 
     

 

Understanding product states

Each product shows one of two states:

  • Enabled – The product is active for your account.

  • Disabled – The product is available but not yet active.

Enabling a product

  1. Click the toggle
    Switch the toggle next to the product you want to enable.


     

  2. Assign the product to users
    After enabling the product(s) for the account, you can: 

    Note: Only products enabled at the account level can be assigned to users.

     

 

Disabling a product

  1. Click the toggle
    Switch the toggle next to the product you want to disable and then click on Disable in the confirmation popup.
     


     

  2. Review the effects

    • The product becomes unavailable to all users in the account.
    • In User Management, it appears as disabled for any users who previously had access.
    • Those users can no longer use the product while it remains disabled.

     

  3. Re-enable later if needed
    If you enable the product again, all users who previously had it assigned automatically regain access — no manual reassignment needed.
     
Important: After enabling or disabling a product, changes may take up to 1 hour to fully take effect across the platform.

 

In short…

  • Products are managed under Account Settings → Product Management.
  • Only Global Admins can enable or disable products.
  • Assign product access via User Management after enabling.
  • Disabling a product removes access but preserves previous assignments for quick re-enable.
  • Changes may take up to 1 hour to fully apply.
