A Global Admin is the highest-level user in a SpinetiX HUB account. Global Admins have full permissions to manage account details, oversee all products within the account, and control user access — including assigning products and roles.

Note: Do not confuse the Global Admin role with the ARYA Admin role, which only manages rights for ARYA users.

You can become a Global Admin by:

  • Creating (signing up for) a new HUB account — you are automatically assigned the role.
  • Being assigned Global Admin role by another existing Global Admin.

What Can a Global Admin Do

As a Global Admin, you have access to all account-level settings, including the ability to:

Manage Users

 

Manage Account Settings

  • Update account name and country
  • View account ID and data storage region
  • Enable or disable available SpinetiX products for the account

 

Sharing Admin Responsibilities

You can have multiple Global Admins in the same account. This is useful for larger teams or when you want to share administrative responsibilities.

 

How to Assign or Remove the Role

To assign another user as a Global Admin, simply tick the Global Admin checkbox when inviting them — or update their role later in the User Management section.

Tip: When inviting users, you can assign the Global Admin role directly. You can also remove it later from the same window in User Management.
