How to request additional capacity for my subscription

This article explains how to generate an Add Capacity request in SpinetiX HUB when your current subscription no longer provides enough player capacity. You can request additional capacity for either your existing ARYA subscription (for registering more players) or your existing Feature Sets subscription (for assigning a Feature Sets subscription to more players).

If you have access to the Subscriptions section in Assets, you can view your current subscriptions and generate Add Capacity requests in PDF form.

Accessing the Add Capacity Request Wizard

1. Navigate to Assets → Subscriptions. (Learn how to get access: read more).
   
    
2. Choose the subscription that requires additional capacity (ARYA or Feature Sets).
   
    
3. Click Request Additional Capacity.
    

In the Add Capacity Request Wizard

1. Specify the New Capacity
    
   Enter the new total player capacity for the subscription.
    
   The requested capacity must be greater than the current subscription capacity.
    
   Example:
    
   Current capacity: 12 players
   
    
   Desired capacity: 20 players. Click the plus (+) button until you reach 20 players.
   
    
   The system will automatically calculate the additional capacity being requested. In this example, that is 8 players.
    
2. Info about Expiration Date
    
   In this step, you will see the current subscription expiration date. This indicates until when the requested additional capacity will be valid.
    
   The cost for the additional capacity will be calculated later by your Reseller on a pro rata basis, depending on the remaining duration of your current subscription term.
   
    
3. Generate the Request
    
   Click Generate Request.
   
    
   A PDF document containing the request details will be created.
   
    

4. Send the Generated PDF to Your Reseller
    
   You may generate multiple Add Capacity requests and decide which version to share with your reseller.

   Generating a request does not commit you to a particular configuration. You only proceed with the additional capacity once you send the PDF to your reseller and accept the quote you receive in return. 

   Once the request has been generated, you can:

   • Download the PDF immediately
   • Close the dialog and access it later through Generated Requests
   • Download the document as many times as needed
   • Send the PDF to your reseller for processing
5.  Once the quote has been accepted, the reseller handles the remaining steps and submits the corresponding order to SpinetiX. SpinetiX then adds the additional capacity to your account.
