How to Create a SpinetiX HUB Account

There are several ways to create a new SpinetiX HUB account, depending on whether you are creating an account for yourself or, as a SpinetiX partner, for a customer.

Create an Account for Yourself

If you are new to SpinetiX and want to create an account for yourself or your organization, you can use one of the following options.

Option 1: Sign up directly on SpinetiX HUB

Create your account directly from:

• SpinetiX HUB 

Once you complete the sign-up process, your SpinetiX HUB account will be created and you will automatically become the Global Admin of the account. This allows you to enable additional products for the account and invite other users.

Option 2: Request an ARYA Enterprise Trial

If you want to evaluate ARYA Enterprise for yourself or your organization, you can request an ARYA Trial by submitting the trial request form on the SpinetiX website.

This automatically creates:

• a new SpinetiX HUB account
• ARYA enabled
• the 90-day Trial for ARYA Enterprise activated

Create an Account for a Customer (SpinetiX Partners)

If you are a SpinetiX reseller or distributor, you can now create a new account for a customer directly from your existing SpinetiX HUB account.

From the HUB homepage, go to the For SpinetiX Partners section. Under Need to create a new account?, choose the type of account you want to create:

• SpinetiX HUB — to create a standard HUB account.
• ARYA DEMO — to create a HUB account with an ARYA Demo plan enabled.

Option 1: Create a standard SpinetiX HUB account

Select SpinetiX HUB when you want to create a new standard HUB account for your customer without enabling an ARYA Demo.

Complete the account creation process in HUB. The new account is linked to your user, allowing you to access it and invite the relevant customer users afterwards.

Option 2: Create an ARYA Demo for a Customer

If you want to prepare an ARYA Demo for a customer, select ARYA DEMO directly from the For SpinetiX Partners section on the HUB homepage.

Then complete the account creation process. 

There is no need to submit a separate ARYA Demo request form.

This creates:

• a new SpinetiX HUB account linked to your user
• ARYA enabled for the account with the 90-day Demo for ARYA Enterprise activated

Once the account is ready, you can invite your customer into the HUB account and assign the appropriate access so they can continue with the evaluation or deployment.
