There are several ways to create a new SpinetiX HUB account, depending on whether you are creating an account for yourself or for a customer.

Create an Account for Yourself

If you are new to SpinetiX, you can create a SpinetiX HUB account in one of the following ways.

Option 1: Sign up directly on SpinetiX HUB or a HUB product

You can sign up from:

Once you complete the sign-up process, your SpinetiX HUB account will be created and you will automatically become the Global Admin of the account. This allows you to enable more products for the account and invite other users.

Option 2: Request an ARYA Enterprise Trial

You can also request an ARYA trial [form on the website - link to] by submitting the trial request form on the SpinetiX website.

This automatically creates:

  • a new SpinetiX HUB account
  • ARYA enabled
  • the 90-day Trial for Enterprise version activated
Tip: This option is recommended if you want to evaluate ARYA Enterprise before purchasing.

Create an Account for a Customer (Resellers)

If you are a reseller creating an account for a customer, you have two options.

Option 1: Ask the customer to create their own account

The recommended approach is to have your customer create their own account using one of the methods described above. This ensures they become the administrator of the account from the beginning.

Tip: This is the preferred approach when the customer should own and administer the account directly.

Option 2: Create an ARYA Demo on the customer's behalf

If you prefer to set up the account yourself first for the customer, you can submit the ARYA DEMO request form [link to demo form on website - still use this form] on behalf of your customer.

This creates:

  • a new SpinetiX HUB account for the customer
  • ARYA enabled
  • the 90-day Demo for Enterprise version activated

After the account is created, you can invite your customer into the account so they can continue with the evaluation or deployment.
