Navigating the New Files Page – Help Center

As your media libraries continue to grow, managing and finding the right files becomes increasingly important. That’s why we have redesigned the Files page to give you more powerful tools to stay organized and find what you need, faster.

The new experience brings pagination, filters, and sorting to make navigating larger libraries easier. In addition, you can now choose how you view your files, with List View or Tile View, depending on what works best for you.

With more ways to search, organize, and browse your content, the redesigned Files page puts you in control of your media library.

Tip: For a limited time, both experiences will be available, so you can switch between the old and new design whenever you like by clicking "Try it Now" / "Switch Back" in the top-right corner of the Files page.

Page Overview

At the top of the page, you will find the main toolbar with the following options:

Search

Use the Search bar to quickly find files by entering their name or other matching keywords.

Filters

Select the Filter button to narrow down the files displayed in your library.

The following filters are available:

File Type – Display only specific types of files, such as: Images, Videos, Audio, Projects/PDF and Elementi.
Schedule Status – Filter files based on whether they are Scheduled or not.
Date – Show files that fall within a specific date of last edit.

Filters can be combined to help you locate exactly what you are looking for.

Sort

Use the Sort button to change the order in which files are displayed.

You can sort by Last Modified or Name.

View Toggle

Switch between two viewing modes using the View Toggle:

Tile View – Displays files as visual thumbnails.
List View – Displays files in a detailed list with additional information.

Upload

Select the Upload button to add new files to your media library.

Pagination

At the bottom of the Files page, you will find the Pagination controls.

Use these controls to navigate between pages of files when your media library contains more items than can be displayed on a single page.
