Review and Generate the Request

Review the information and click Generate Request.
The system will create a PDF document containing the upgrade request details.

Send the Generated PDF to Your Reseller
You may generate multiple upgrade requests and decide which version to share with your reseller.Generating a request does not commit you to a particular upgrade configuration. You only proceed with the upgrade once you send the PDF to your reseller and accept the quote you receive in return.
Once the request has been generated, you can:
- Download the PDF immediately
- Close the dialog and access it later through Generated Requests
- Download the document as many times as needed
- Send the PDF to your reseller for processing
- Once the quote has been accepted, the reseller handles the remaining steps and submits the corresponding order to SpinetiX. SpinetiX then processes the upgrade in your account.
Tips and Notes
- You can request an upgrade even if you currently:
- Have a Discovery or Demo version
- Have no active subscription
- Starting a paid subscription is considered an upgrade.
- Upgrade requests are not automatically submitted.
- The generated PDF serves as a formal document to share with your reseller.
- Multiple upgrade requests can be created without affecting your current subscription or system configuration.
