You can request additional capacity for either:
- Your existing ARYA subscription (for registering more players), or
- Your existing Feature Sets subscription (for assigning Annual Feature Sets to more players)
If your current subscription no longer provides enough player capacity, you can generate an Add Capacity Request from the Subscriptions section in Assets.
The request generates a PDF document that can be shared with your reseller to purchase additional capacity for an existing subscription.
Note: Only users who can access the Subscriptions section (Global Admins and users with the Subscription Manager permission) can create Add Capacity Requests.
Important: Additional capacity can be used either for registering more ARYA players or assigning more Annual Feature Sets, depending on your subscription type. It does not include physical players. If you need additional physical players, this must be requested separately through your reseller.
The steps below are the same for both subscription types.
Accessing the Add Capacity Request Wizard
- Navigate to Assets → Subscriptions. (Learn how to get access: read more).
- Choose the subscription that requires additional capacity (ARYA or Feature Sets).
- Click Request Additional Capacity.
In the Add Capacity Request Wizard

Specify the New Capacity
Enter the new total player capacity for the subscription.
The requested capacity must be greater than the current subscription capacity.
Example:
Current capacity: 12 players
Desired capacity: 20 players. Click the plus (+) button until you reach 20 players.
The system will automatically calculate the additional capacity being requested. In this example, that is 8 players.

Info about Expiration Date
In this step, you will see the current subscription expiration date. This indicates until when the requested additional capacity will be valid.
The cost for the additional capacity will be calculated later by your Reseller on a pro rata basis, depending on the remaining duration of your current subscription term.

Generate the Request
Click Generate Request.
A PDF document containing the request details will be created.

Sending the Generated PDF to your Reseller
Once generated, you can:- Download the PDF immediately
- Access it later from Generated Requests
- Download it as many times as needed
- Send it to your reseller for processing
Important Notes
- Creating a request does not automatically increase your subscription capacity.
- The generated PDF serves as a formal request document for your reseller.
- The subscription expiration date remains unchanged when adding capacity.
- All generated requests are stored in the Generated Requests section for future reference.
- You can generate multiple requests without affecting your current subscription.
