How to set up the way your content is scheduled

1. When creating or modifying a project, go to the Preview page by clicking on the Play button from the top right of the page.
    
2. Press the  button under Publish to.
   
    
3. From the newly appeared drop-down menu, select the player(s) or group(s) of players to which you want the project published.
   
   
   Note: To learn more about how to publish content to a player or a group of players, please refer to this article.
    
4. By default, the content will be scheduled to play all the time. To change that, click on the under Play Time.
   
   
   Tip: you can also remove the existing play time by hitting the button on the top right corner of the play time in question. Alternatively, you can add multiple Play Times by using the Plus button in the Play Time section.
   
    
5. Click on the Schedule button.
   
   Note: SpinetiX ARYA allows you to set the date and/or play time during which you wish the content to appear. You can set multiple Play Times for each selected player. Simply click START, then select the day in the newly-opened Calendar popup:
   
   
   Repeat the same steps to set the END date.
   
   
    
6. Pick the corresponding date and/or time. Let’s say, we want to showcase the daily special at our cafeteria screen on a specific day for the hours between 11:30 am and 2:00 pm.
   
   Note: If you only pick the time, the content will play every day for the selected hour range. If you only pick the date without defining the play time, the content will play all the time for the date range you set.
   
   You can also pick the day(s) of the week you wish the content to be displayed. This allows you to further specify the time when your content appears.
   
    
7. Once you finish setting up your content's schedule, click OK. This will publish the content on your player with the specified schedule.

You can schedule content in the same way, from the Files section. To do so:
 

1. Navigate to the FILES section.
    
2. Select the desired piece of content.
    
3. Press the button under Publish to.
    
4. From the drop-down menu, select the player(s) or group(s) of players to which you want the project published.

The Schedule page also provides access to customizing the schedule of your content:

1. Navigate to the Schedule section.
    
2. Select a player to see the content scheduled on it.
    
3. Click on a scheduled piece of content under the selected player. Each line represents the play time for which a piece of content is scheduled.
    
4. Click on the existing schedule that appears on the right.
    
5. Click on the Schedule button.
