How to use PDF files in SpinetiX ARYA

A PDF, or Portable Document Format, created by Adobe, is widely used for its ability to preserve the layout and formatting of documents across any device or computer. PDFs can include text, images, and graphics, making them a reliable communication tool.

In SpinetiX ARYA, integrating PDF files into your digital signage is straightforward. Follow the steps below to learn how to make the most of PDF files in SpinetiX ARYA.

Using PDF files

When you upload a PDF file, SpinetiX ARYA automatically separates each page, allowing you to organize and display your content effectively. This feature is useful for multi-page documents, where each page can be individually managed and displayed.

To import a PDF file, go to the Files page and:

1. Drag and drop the PDF file from your PC.
   
   
   
   
2. Or click on the upload button on the right.
   
   
   
   
3. Once uploaded, select the file and click on the edit button to open it.
   
   
   
   
4. Each page will be automatically separated. You can also rearrange the pages within the PDF file, if needed.
   
   
   
   Adjust the PDF file using the Frame fitting settings on the right.
   
                                      
   
   
   
5. Click on NEXT.
   
   
   
   Click on the plus button to select a player, then click on OK to publish.
